About JJS Residential

These two words, Quality and Integrity, mean a lot to JJS Residential. In the residential construction world, there are a lot of things that can not be promised but there are two things that JJS Residential can guarantee every time, and they are Quality and Integrity.

John Regan, President of JJS Residential, has been in the construction industry since 2013. His construction experience started as a boy helping his father build sheds, greenhouses and additions. John graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and began work as a mechanical engineer in the industrial and construction industry. He was working his way up the corporate ladder, and doing remodels and modifications on his own home in his free time as a hobby. When his family started to grow and he grew tired of spending countless nights away from his first daughter, the decision was made to leave the corporate world, and JJS Residential was born. Family is a huge part of and reason for the company so the name, JJS, is a reference to himself, his wife Jennie and his first daughter Savannah. The culmination of all of John’s experiences and motivations have given him the tools to help turn his customer’s dreams to realities, while following the company motto he decided on even before he had landed on a name, “Quality with Integrity”.

One of John’s passions is winter sports, primarily snowboarding. He has enjoyed snowboarding across the USA and Canada. He values the time he gets to spend with his wife, and his two daughters, Savannah and Carter. They reside in Charlotte, NC.
